avolon.ae provides a 2-year warranty on products from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
2.1 What is Covered:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use as intended by the manufacturer.
2.2 What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
Damage from neglect, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents from use).
Consumable parts (e.g., light bulbs, filters) unless they are defective upon arrival.
Products where the serial number has been removed or tampered with.
2.3 Warranty Claim Process:
Report the Issue: If you suspect a manufacturing defect, contact our support team immediately at info@avolon.ae with your order number, product details, and a clear description (and photos/video) of the issue.
Troubleshooting: Our team may guide you through basic troubleshooting steps.
Assessment & Solution: If a defect is confirmed, we will arrange for one of the following:
Repair: We will facilitate the repair of the product through an authorized service center.
Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a comparable model.
Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, a prorated or full refund may be issued.
2.4 Manufacturer's Warranty:
Please note that some products may come with an additional international manufacturer's warranty. Our 2-year warranty is provided by Avolon.ae and works in conjunction with any manufacturer's coverage to ensure you are protected.
